Filling Racks / Filling Systems

Filling of industrial gases and speciality gases of highest quality, filling of propane and acetylene, operation pressures up to 400 bars – made of the materials stainless steel 1.4541/ 1.4571 or monel 2.4360.

Our filling racks are equipped with swivel joints

developed by us. Tube coils are used to connect the cylinders/ bundles. On request of the customer, hose connections are possible, too. Depending on the type

of gas, the hand connection is equipped with gas-specific threads (according to DIN 477 or CEN). The use for oxygen is confirmed by a burn-out test. The examination has been carried out by the Institute of Air Liquide/ France and complies with CEN EN 585 and ISO/ DIS 7291 resp. These examinations are equivalent to the test procedures of the Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung (BAM - Federal Institute for Material Research and Testing) in Berlin.

Our filling systems are equipped with movable hoods to protect personnel in the working area of the filling system against physical damages.

Pulsation damper for N2/O2/Ar,

heated model for CO2, made of stainless steel, suitable for operating pressures up to 400 bars and operating temperatures up to - 196°C, to damp pressure surges in the piping behind the pump.

Discharge noise damper

for low-noise purging of piping/ cylinders made of stainless steel or copper. The filling charge and casings are cleaned for oxygen service.

The noise level is reduced by abt. 20 dBA.
