Gas mixing station for two components

Function:

The gases to be mixed are separately supplied to the station. The connections are equipped with filters. The installed gas nonreturn valves prevent overflow of the gases. The supplied gases are reduced to an adjustable pressure by means of a balanced pressure regulator, whereby the leading (inert) gas is used as control gas. The desired gas mixture is adjusted at the dosing valves in accordance with the relative proportions. The individual volume flows are indicated on the flow meters. The required pressure of the gas mixture is set at the differential pressure valve. No auxiliary energy is necessary to operate the station.

For safety reasons, the combustion gas model is equipped with a solenoid valve at the inlet of the combustion gas, through which the station is cut off in critical situations. Switching-off can be controlled by measuring devices provided by the customer, or by means of an analysing device supplied by us (extra cost).

Stainless steel, brass and copper are used to build these stations. On request, the entire station can be supplied in stainless steel. The instruments are accommodated in a lockable cabinet with viewing window.

The pre-assembled mixing station is delivered on a vertical console with buffer tank. The station can readily be set up on site and connected to the existing piping system.

Of course, we also supply gas mixing stations for more than two gas components and devices with electronically controlled flow regulators.
